Joining us today are Shane McLaughlin and Thomas Messina, two-fifths of the Golden Knights starting lineup in Friday night's 61-45 win at Ramapo in the season opener on Friday night.

McLaughlin, the junior point guard and a three-year starter, led the way with 24 points while Messina, the senior two-guard/small forward, added 13 poiints as the Golden Knights opened the season with a quality win on the road.

We tracked down Messina chewing on some cheese fries at the Northvale Diner in our never ending quest to cover the news where ever it may happen, so check it out.
